Integrity Alert

A whistleblower is any employee of Equinox Evolution SRLwho, in good faith, reports or publicly discloses information regarding violations of the law obtained in a professional context.

  • The principles governing the protection of reports of violations of the law, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Law No. 361/2022, are as follows:
    • (a) the principle of legality;
    • b) the principle of accountability;
    • (c) the principle of impartiality;
    • (d) the principle of good administration;
    • e) the principle of balance;
    • (f) the principle of good faith.
  • Acts that constitute violations of the law are set forth in Article 3 of Law No. 361/2022.
  • ⁠Records of reports at Equinox Evolution SRL willbemaintained in accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 361/2022, through the register in which the reports are recorded.
  • Who can submit the report: At the Equinox Evolution LLCAny employee of the company who meets the following conditions may act as a whistleblower:
    • reports, in good faith, alleged or potential violations of the law, professional ethics, or the principles of good governance, efficiency, effectiveness, economy, and transparency;
    • ⁠file a complaint regarding any of the acts listed above;
    • acts in good faith, believing the facts to be true or that the act constitutes a violation of the law.

Reports to the Ethics and Integrity Advisor shall be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • a. in hard copy, sent by any means to the company’s registry office at the following address: 13 Șoseaua București, Daia Village, Daia Commune, in a sealed envelope marked “CONFIDENTIAL – For the attention of the Ethics and Integrity Advisor”; To ensure full confidentiality of the reporting process, the company’s designated employee will be instructed not to open envelopes bearing the aforementioned inscription and to hand them directly to the Ethics and Integrity Advisor;
  • b. electronically, by sending an email to the address integritate@equinoxevolution.ro;
  • c. through a face-to-face meeting with the Ethics and Integrity Advisor, at the request of the public interest whistleblower;

The legal framework for the protection of whistleblowers is provided by Law No. 361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers acting in the public interest who report violations of the law.
